About The Position

Currently, we are seeking a qualified individual to serve as a Service Technician and collaboratively work with our Windows division in Chicago. Qualified applicants should live in the Chicago area. This position involves diagnosing and performing field repairs while providing excellent service levels. It is a physical job that requires lifting, pushing/pulling, and climbing on ladders. The technician will perform AAMA-certified window and door installations and must comply with all company safety policies and procedures. The company will provide a service van, tools, and training. Meeting or exceeding customer expectations is essential, and overnight travel may be required.

Requirements

• Reliable, self-motivated individuals
• Good communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently
• Valid driver's license and clean DMV record
• Must be at least age 18
