About The Position

Currently, we are seeking a qualified individual to serve as a Service Technician to work collaboratively with our Northern California Windows division. Qualified applicants should live in the Reno, Nevada area. This position involves diagnosing and performing field repairs while providing excellent service levels. It is a physical job that requires lifting, pushing/pulling, and climbing on ladders. The technician will perform AAMA-certified window and door installations, comply with all company safety policies and procedures, and meet or exceed customer's expectations. The company will provide a service van, tools, and training, and overnight travel may be required.

Requirements

• 2 years' experience in the construction/building materials industry
• Experience in window glazing or window/door service preferred
• Reliable, self-motivated individuals with good communication skills
• Valid driver's license and clean DMV record is required
• All applicants must be at least age 18

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and perform field repairs
