The position involves cleaning, repairing, testing, installing, and maintaining NOV WFL Brand products at NOV Service Facility(s). The role requires effective communication of product failures and feedback to the appropriate departments, as well as providing supporting documentation per NOV WFL procedures. The technician will service and repair customer property items related to Elmar, Anson, and Axelson brand product lines, ensuring compliance with QA procedures and departmental work instructions. Responsibilities include diagnosing equipment malfunctions, maintaining a clean work area, and participating in training as identified by the Service Manager. The technician will also engage in additional job activities as requested, disassemble equipment for repairs, examine parts for defects, request and install parts, and perform pressure and function tests on repaired equipment. Adherence to NOV Company and HSE policies is mandatory.
