What does a Service Technician (Field Fountain Installer) do? is a 100% field‑based position with no shop work. You will travel throughout Western Washington to install fountain equipment at customer locations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, working outdoors, and completing projects independently or with a team member.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent degree/certificate
  • Ability to complete B.E.S.T., Freestyle Install, and Fundamental Skills certifications within 90 days of hire
  • Ability to complete company installation training within 90 days of hire
  • Knowledge and experience with mechanical, technical, and electrical systems
  • One year of beverage experience preferred
  • Prior technician experience is preferred​
  • Must be able to demonstrate proficiency in SAP CONA, Microsoft Outlook, and PDF reader on an iPhone and/or iPad type device ​​
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and driving record must meet Swire’s vehicle policy requirements
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays as assigned
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds​​ ​​

Nice To Haves

  • One year of beverage experience preferred
  • Prior technician experience is preferred​

Responsibilities

  • Install fountain equipment at job sites across Western Washington
  • Load and secure all required tools, materials, and equipment each evening in preparation for the next day
  • Depart each morning to the assigned city or job site to complete scheduled installations
  • Follow installation plans, safety procedures, and company standards
  • Troubleshoot and resolve on-site installation issues as needed
  • Communicate professionally with customers and team members
  • Maintain equipment, tools, and work vehicles in clean, safe condition
  • Complete daily documentation, including job notes and installation reports
