Our Service Technicians are a crucial part of the property's facilities maintenance team, reporting to the Service Manager or Senior Service Manager. This role involves performing maintenance tasks, executing work orders, and supporting preventative maintenance efforts to ensure the property is well-maintained for our residents. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety and cleanliness.
