About The Position

As a Service Technician Supervisor, you will lead a dynamic team of technicians in our main European service lab. Your role is pivotal in ensuring high-quality calibration and repair services for a wide range of test and measurement equipment. With your background in electronics and your passion for continuous improvement, you'll drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction across the EMEA region. You'll apply Lean methodologies and Kaizen principles to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and maintain high standards. Your leadership will inspire and guide your team to meet ambitious goals, including our key performance target: 95% of all repairs and calibrations returned to customers within 5 working days. You'll be part of a vibrant team of 6 to 15 technicians from diverse backgrounds, supported by a strong logistics operation. Together, we're driving growth and delivering exceptional service to our customers across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Requirements

  • A mid to high-level degree in electronics or equivalent.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Experience with office software for reporting and planning.
  • A collaborative mindset and a passion for team success.
