About The Position

The position involves performing various tasks related to roof maintenance and repairs, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and effective communication with supervisors. The role requires the use of basic skills and tools to assist in the completion of roofing projects, while also maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Responsibilities

• Follow all WRSM, OSHA and owner safety requirements
• Use basic skills to communicate and use simple tools and measuring devices to assist with roof maintenance and repairs
• Lay out materials needed to complete the job
• Clean-up work area after finishing the job
• Repair or replace broken materials
• Remove debris from roofs to place materials
• Ensure roofs protect buildings from weather conditions, such as rain or snow
• Follow safety rules
• Operate vehicles, mechanized devices, equipment, and hand tools
• Perform test cut in various roof systems and properly patch
• Communicate with the Service Manager, Service Supervisor and Project Supervisor in order to complete the daily project goals
• Available to travel, in and out-of-state for both short and long-term assignments
