About The Position

The position involves preparing apartment homes for rent by performing various repairs in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, dry wall, building exteriors, painting, and appliances. The role requires providing direct support to the Service Supervisor.

Requirements

• Experience in manual labor or related field.
• Ability to work overtime and on call/non-traditional schedule including some weekends and holidays.
• Ability to independently lift, carry, push, pull, or maneuver up to 100 pounds, and up to 250 pounds with assistance.
• Ability to use technology such as computers, tablets, telephone, and other office equipment to perform responsibilities.
