  • Assist in the service of security and fire systems hardware.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Adhere to all company policies and industry regulations.
  • Assist in creating documentation and reports for security assessments and audits.
  • Accurately maintain inventory records for all hardware.
  • Maintain tools, vehicles, and equipment and keep parts and supplies in order.
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to support requests promptly and professionally, ensuring user satisfaction.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • 3+ years of experience in a service role supporting fire systems, security systems, access control systems, and CCTV systems.
  • NICET 1
  • Familiarity with iPhone/iPad and best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to using hand and power tools.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
  • Capable of lifting and moving equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Comfortable working in various environments, including client sites and on ladders.
  • Must be able to work at heights.
  • Must be able to work in all weather conditions.
  • Experience servicing Kidde, DMP, Digital Watchdog, Notifier, and AiPhone preferred
