As a Service Technician III, you are our most experienced field presence. You'll lead complex installations, troubleshoot advanced systems, and serve as a trusted resource for customers and fellow techs alike. This is a hands-on, in-the-field role with real variety and real responsibility.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in high-purity water treatment service/maintenance.
  • Advanced skills in RO, DI, IX, UV, PLC, and ultra-pure water systems.
  • Strong plumbing experience (PVC piping ¾”–4”) and electrical troubleshooting.
  • Ability to read and apply manuals, diagrams, P&IDs, and technical specs.
  • Skilled in water quality testing and calibration of instruments.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Clear communication in English (written and verbal).
  • Professionalism, customer service focus, and a positive attitude.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (Class B or C CDL may be required).

Nice To Haves

  • Industry training certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Install, test, troubleshoot, and repair water treatment systems including RO/DI, ion exchange, UV post-treatment, PLCs, pumps, controllers, and ultra-pure water systems
  • Lead installation projects from start to finish, including PVC plumbing up to 4", electrical wiring (24v-120v), and system commissioning
  • Perform advanced preventive maintenance, membrane changeouts, sanitizations, and instrument calibrations (Mettler, Signet, Myron L)
  • Read and apply P&IDs, technical manuals, and system diagrams
  • Set up mechanical and chemical pretreatment systems, including chemical mixing and pump configuration
  • Conduct and interpret water quality testing (Cl2, hardness, conductivity, resistivity, TDS)
  • Create Bills of Materials and contribute input from job walks
  • Train customers on system operation, maintenance, and best practices
  • Manage your schedule independently, prioritize workload across multiple sites, and meet deadlines without hand-holding
