About The Position

The Service Technician III role at Hobart Service involves providing high-quality service solutions for commercial food equipment. Technicians will troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and maintain various types of equipment, working independently at customer sites while ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting productivity goals.

Requirements

• Accredited High School Diploma or GED.
• 4-6 years of similar electrical/mechanical experience.
• Valid Driver's License and ability to drive multiple hours daily.
• Ability to work overtime and be on-call as required.
• Willingness to attend training at corporate headquarters in Troy, OH.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial food equipment including cooking, food preparation, ware washers, weigh wrap, baking, and refrigeration.
• Work independently at customer sites with minimal supervision.
• Meet or surpass weekly productivity and customer-oriented goals.
• Drive to various customer locations, often for multiple hours daily.
