As a Service Tech II, you’ll perform maintenance tasks (plumbing, electrical, carpentry), ensure HVAC systems run smoothly, and assist with move-in prep, renovations, and preventative maintenance. Your work will keep residents happy and motivate them to renew leases. You’ll work toward advancing to Assistant Service Manager or Service Manager.
Requirements
- Technical skills
- Professionalism
- Strong organization
- 1-3 years of property management experience
- EPA Universal Certification is required
Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance tasks (plumbing, electrical, carpentry)
- Ensure HVAC systems run smoothly
- Assist with move-in prep, renovations, and preventative maintenance
- Keep residents happy and motivate them to renew leases
- Work toward advancing to Assistant Service Manager or Service Manager
