This position is responsible for maintenance and repair of commercial kitchen equipment. The technician will troubleshoot and repair commercial kitchen, refrigeration, and HVAC equipment. They will communicate with the branch office to order parts for repairs and keep customers informed about the status of repairs. The technician is expected to complete service tickets according to procedures, monitor truck stock to ensure required parts are stocked on the vehicle, and maintain service vehicle, tools, and uniforms representative of Whaley quality. Additionally, the technician must meet reasonable on-call requirements.
