This role involves providing best-in-class service to some of the largest retailers and banks in the industry. As a Field Service Technician, you will be part of a team that creates value for customers by delivering solutions that build long-term relationships. You will be responsible for organizing and triaging customer issues, and handling problems proactively. Requirements

• Local candidate to specific geographic area.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• At least 19 years of age.
• Have a valid driver’s license and driving record that satisfies NCR Atleos fleet requirements.
• PC skills, basic electronic skills, and operating system familiarity.
• Ability to perform essential functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation, including prolonged travel, rotating and weekend shifts, and lifting tools and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with large servers, mainframe computers, and imaging software.
• A+ Certification, CompTIA, N+ Certification.
• One or more years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service electromechanical equipment like ATMs and self-checkout systems within an assigned territory.
• Perform maintenance repair and system overhauls.
• Manage network faults, traffic, configuration, security, and remote system access.
