As a Service Technician II/III , you will: Perform troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance on a variety of HVAC systems and related equipment. Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and refrigerant issues to ensure safe and efficient operation. Support installation and commissioning of new systems as needed. Maintain accurate service documentation, work orders, and parts usage logs. Deliver exceptional customer service while representing both the client company and Global Placement Firm with professionalism.

Requirements

  • EPA Universal Certification (required).
  • 2+ years of HVAC service experience in commercial, industrial, or large-scale residential environments.
  • Proficiency in diagnostics, maintenance, and system optimization.
  • Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in diverse field conditions.
  • In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and diagnostic tools.
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and dedicated to service quality.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Comfortable working independently or within a team in dynamic field environments.

Responsibilities

  • Service, repair, and maintain commercial and light industrial HVAC systems
  • Identify root causes of performance issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Follow all company safety protocols and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with supervisors, team members, and clients to ensure project completion and customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in on-call rotations as required for after-hours or emergency service.
