Property Details: Blue Rock Village has 448 units and is located in Vallejo, CA Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm in addition to participation in an on-call rotation (required) Target Pay: $24.86 per hour Role Overview: The Service Technician I is primarily responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and aesthetic appearance of the community, meeting our standards of excellence in cleanliness, appearance, safety, and functionality. This role plays a critical part in creating first impressions for residents and prospects. Responsibilities may include painting apartments, maintaining curb appeal, and portering/housekeeping tasks. Additionally, the role may involve completing basic resident service requests and ensuring vacant apartments are cleaned efficiently, as well as planning and coordinating resident-related activities. Who You Are: Knowledgeable of property grounds maintenance standards. Strong attention to and keen eye for aesthetic details and cleanliness. Proficient in responding courteously to questions and requests and staying calm when addressing and resolving customer problems. A professional who can work independently and collaboratively.
