Hourly: Starting at $18.08 - $23.27 per hour, depending on years of experience, tenure, and location. Annual Starting Comp: $37,606 - $48,401. Benefits: 30% housing discount Paid time off and holidays. 1 hour of paid sick and safe time for every 30 hours worked, 10 days of paid vacation time accrued bi-weekly, 6 weeks of paid parental leave, 10 paid holidays annually, and up to 3 floating days. Requirements
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends.
- Basic computer skills and smart phone use.
- Ability to take direction and work independently through task completion.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and climb stairs/ladders for extended periods.
- Comfortable working in various weather conditions and environments.
Responsibilities
- Maintain interior and exterior curb appeal of the property including cleanliness of amenity spaces, common areas, parking lots or decks, maintenance shop, and leasing office.
- Assist with weather related cleanup as needed.
- Management of recycling and trash operations including trash chutes, enclosures, and compactor rooms.
- Apartment make ready support such as painting, cleaning, and light maintenance.
- Assist with Preventative Maintenance projects.
- Support the company’s values and cultures by providing exceptional service to teammates and residents.
