Park Glenn is a 150-unit Tax Credit Community and Park Glenn Seniors is an 18-unit Tax Credit Senior Community. This position will respond to both properties for work orders, preventative maintenance and emergency calls. The Service Technician I will respond to after hour emergency calls and have an on-call rotating schedule with local sister properties. Schedule: Monday - Friday The Service Technician I is responsible for maintaining the apartment community to ensure it is clean, presentable, and safe. This role assists the Service Technician II with service requests and unit turnovers while performing routine maintenance tasks and groundskeeping duties. The ideal candidate demonstrates attention to detail, excellent resident service skills, and the ability to learn and adapt to property management software systems.
