As a Field Service Technician I, you will represent the NCR Atleos brand by being the first line of response on-site at our customers’ locations. You will be responsible for providing consistent and clear communication using our service app to maintain customer satisfaction. With little or no prior relevant work experience, we will provide you with the training you need to perform basic troubleshooting to service and maintain ATMs, so you can start your career with NCR Atleos.

Requirements

• Must reside in the specified geographic area.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and maintain a driving record that meets company requirements.
• Access to reliable transportation for work purposes.
• Familiarity and ability to use and operate an Android cell phone (company provided).
• Ability to perform essential functions of the job which include prolonged travel during several hours of the workday, which includes inclement weather.
• Carrying and lifting tools, parts, and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. without assistance.
• Bending, squatting, walking, standing, sitting, reaching, working with your hands, and repetitively grasping and manipulating objects of varying size.

Nice To Haves

• An associate degree is preferred.
• Previous experience with NCR or similar equipment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow Safety and Security Procedures when working on ATMs.
• Complete NCR Atleos specific Trainings and Certifications on our training website.
• Diagnose problems based on the error logs from the ATM and information provided from our service app using a company provided cell phone.
• Perform minor maintenance and repairs on ATMs, both indoors and outdoors.
• Responsible for accurate and prompt reporting of updates and details of the work performed at the ATM, including call closure details.
• Maintain parts inventory and related records.
• Accurately reporting hours worked and miles driven daily.
