About The Position
The Service Technician is primarily responsible for providing or coordinating equipment demonstration and promotional services to customers, including troubleshooting equipment via telephone, providing general and technical information, planning and conducting training seminars, and performing field service work. The role also involves assisting customers with problems related to these areas and includes reporting on warranty and quality of all products manufactured by Environmental Solutions Group (ESG).
