Service Technician/Handyman
About The Position
Large, privately-owned homebuilder/developer seeks Service Technician to perform service work in recently completed new homes in Hillsborough, NJ. Responsibilities include service work to satisfy homeowner concerns in recently closed homes, various repairs in new homes including spackle, door adjustments, trim work and troubleshooting, and occasional outdoor work as needed to complete service of recently completed homes. Requirements
- Experience in new construction including service required
- Understanding of appliance, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry repair required
- Must have a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must have reliable transportation and tools
- Work Authorization: United States
