Job Overview A service technician will be a part of a team that will focus on maintaining an assigned account, or group of accounts. This position focuses on ensuring our chemical feed equipment is properly working and our products are transferred in a safe manner. Safety and communication are the highest priorities in this job. It’s important to discuss all daily, or weekly, tasks with you engineer/sales team. What You'll Bring High School Diploma or GED equivalent Ability to work in an industrial environment: exposure to heat/cold, industrial noise, etc. Must be able to lift 50lbs Valid Driver's License Proficient mechanical/electrical knowledge Capacity to assess data and make application adjustments to maintain system performance. Proficiency in MS Office programs (Word, Excel) Good interpersonal communication skills Strong troubleshooting skills Strong work ethic · Self-motivated Extremely high safety awareness: Ability to complete safety training, follow safety policies and work in a safety-oriented manner Positive attitude · Reliable · Team player What You'll Do Specs out, sets up, maintains, and troubleshoots monitoring and feed equipment Manages product inventory at the customer site and transfers product when needed Performs routine testing and monitoring of treatment programs Alerts the sales manager of potential problems or opportunities and creates customer interface to resolve issues Minor interface levels with the customer to understand any issues and report back to Solenis team Adjusts chemical flow rates for optimal chemical performance Has strong knowledge around spare parts for Solenis equipment and orders replacement parts when needed Maintains an organized equipment area and follows customer’s housekeeping guidelines Safety Training- Responsible for completing and maintaining safety courses for Solenis, as well as customer sites #LI-DS1 We understand that candidates will not meet every single desired qualification.
