Shift: Tuesday - Friday 7:00am - 4:15pm and Saturday 7:00am - Noon Shift Premium: Any work performed/hours worked Monday - Friday, 5:00 pm - 5:59 am and/or any hours worked on weekends (Saturday/Sunday) will be paid a shift differential of 15% of your base wage. Tech Level Signing Bonus Amount: J1 Technician - $1,000 ; Target Efficiency Rate = 75% J2 Technician - $2,500 ; Target Efficiency Rate = 80% J3 Technician - $7,500 ; Target Efficiency Rate = 85% J4 Technician - $10,000 ; Target Efficiency Rate = 90% J5 Technician - $15,000 ; Target Efficiency Rate = 95% Eligibility for bonus payments will be based upon the employee meeting minimum productivity numbers for their assigned technician level over the course of the employee's first 13 months of employment. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in automotive repair or heavy-duty truck maintenance preferred.
Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
Valid driver's license required; CDL preferred, or ability to obtain.
Dependable and reliable attendance required.

Responsibilities

Determines vehicle condition by conducting inspections and diagnostic tests to ensure accurate assessments of maintenance needs.
Complies with federal and state vehicle requirements by testing engine, safety, and combustion control standards, adhering to regulatory obligations.
Corrects vehicle deficiencies by removing, repairing, adjusting, overhauling, assembling, disassembling, and replacing major assemblies, sub-assemblies, components, or parts, showcasing innovative problem-solving skills and techniques.
Evaluates service and parts options to contain costs, demonstrating adaptability and resourcefulness in finding effective solutions.
Controls corrosion and completes winterization procedures to prolong the lifespan of vehicles and ensure responsible use of resources.
Deliver exceptional customer service by maintaining a diplomatic and courteous manner in all dealings with customers and fellow employees.
Assist in the repair of customer vehicles, lease units, and company inventory, contributing to a positive service experience for our customers.
Maintains vehicle records by annotating services and repairs, facilitating transparency and accountability in customer interactions.
Complies with federal and state vehicle requirements by staying updated on regulations and standards through ongoing education and training.
Expand technical abilities through active participation in training and development opportunities provided by the company.
