Requirements

• Expert-level knowledge in diagnostics and advanced vehicle technologies for Class A Technicians.
• Skilled in general automotive repair for Class B Technicians.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and desire to grow.
• High school graduate or equivalent.
• 18 years or older.

Nice To Haves

• Ford experience for Class A Technicians.
• Master-level technician experience for Class A Technicians.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, electrical systems, engine repair, transmission, and advanced vehicle technologies for Class A Technicians.
• Conduct general automotive repair including brakes, suspension, and alignments for Class B Technicians.
• Maintain a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service operations.
