Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications a plus
- Hands-on experience in automotive repair and maintenance preferred
- Passion for delivering exceptional service and solving problems efficiently
- Team player with strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record; must pass background check and hair follicle drug screen
Nice To Haves
- ASE certification or working toward it is a plus
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles accurately and efficiently
- Handle routine maintenance and complex repairs with precision
- Collaborate with Service Advisors and team members to ensure excellent customer service
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
- Stay up-to-date on the latest automotive technologies and procedures
- Contribute to a fast-paced, high-performing, and customer-focused service department
