About The Position

RideNow Powersports Chandler is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Service Technician / Builder to join their growing team. The role involves assembling various powersports vehicles such as motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and watercraft. The technician will work with an experienced team to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and safety, following all OEM procedures using specialized tools and resources provided by the facility. The primary goal is to deliver quality work to keep customers riding safely and confidently, while also staying current with training and certifications, which are paid for by the company.

Requirements

  • Graduated from MMI or similar program, or have real-world mechanical experience.
  • 1+ years working as a technician or strong mechanical aptitude and ready to learn.
  • Must own a basic set of mechanics tools.
  • Motorcycle endorsement and clean driving record (required for test rides).
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
  • Must be able to safely push motorcycles weighing up to 850lbs.
  • Must be able to safely and efficiently move through the dealership premises—including indoor showrooms, vehicle lots, and service areas—while maintaining awareness of moving vehicles, customer foot traffic, and showroom displays.
  • Must be able to frequently bend, kneel, crouch, and reach to perform job duties.
  • All applicants must pass pre-employment testing including background check and MVR.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and watercraft.
  • Work with our experienced team to stay efficient, accurate, and safe.
  • Follow all OEM procedures using specialized tools and resources (provided by the facility).
  • Keep customers riding safely and confidently by delivering quality work.
  • Stay current with training and certifications (paid for by us).
