About The Position

We are seeking a Service Technician Apprentice to join our team. Once coming on board, you’ll attend a 7-week paid training program. This program will equip you with the skills and knowledge needed for long-term success in the field.

Requirements

• Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC, or related background or experience
• A desire to learn and build a career in the commercial kitchen service industry
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Valid Driver’s license and driving record that aligns with our safety standards
• Completion of a satisfactory background check and drug screen is required

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair a wide range of commercial kitchen equipment and appliances at customer locations
• Follow all safety policies and procedures, including proper PPE use
• Use tools to diagnose and repair gas, electrical, water, refrigeration, and steam-powered equipment
• Identify common commercial kitchen and HVAC parts and understand basic electrical and related principles
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members regarding repairs and service status
• Utilize service software and communication tools to provide quality service
