We are seeking skilled Service Technicians and Programmers to join our team. In this role you will need to be familiar with inspecting, testing, servicing, troubleshooting, and repairing fire alarm and sprinkler systems. Responsibilities Inspectors shall perform all inspection, testing and some repair tasks on fire alarm or security systems. Service technicians shall respond to scheduled and emergency service requests and perform in-depth trouble shooting, repair and/or replacement of system equipment. Fire Extinguisher and Kitchen Hood Service Technicians are also desired. Service Technicians will have the ability to program fire alarm systems or have experience with programing low voltage systems including fire alarm, nurse call, access control, security or CCTV. Frequently resolve problems through research of multiple alternatives. Communicate and effectively interact with other contractors and building owners. Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, submittals, specifications, software/systems programs, schematics, and operational product manuals. Assist customers on site with all questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Effectively communicate project status to management. Complete all appropriate company paperwork as required. Industry related NICET and/or state certification is preferred or obtain within one year of hire.
