Requirements

3–5+ years automotive repair experience.
Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Nice To Haves

Hyundai or OEM certifications preferred.
ASE Certified (3+ minimum), Master Tech highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform repairs and maintenance with efficiency and accuracy following Hyundai and Lithia standards.
Diagnose and resolve complex malfunctions.
Road-test vehicles to ensure repairs meet safety and performance expectations.
Document work performed and results accurately.
Maintain a clean, organized workspace and tools.
Stay up to date with Hyundai training, bulletins, and ASE certifications.
Work as a key part of a team that puts customers first
