About The Position
This position involves performing basic work using clearly prescribed procedures. The role includes responding to customer requests for service, informing customers of needed repairs, and ensuring customer satisfaction with completed work. Responsibilities also include disconnecting service as necessary, performing collection efforts on delinquent accounts, installing and operating Wireless Meter Reading (WMR) equipment, and assisting with emergency responses. Accurate record-keeping and compliance with company and regulatory requirements are essential. The position may require reading meters and recording usage for billing purposes.
