About The Position
This position involves performing basic work using clearly prescribed procedures. The role includes responding to customer requests for service, informing customers of needed repairs, and ensuring customer satisfaction with completed work. Responsibilities also include disconnecting service as necessary, performing collection efforts on delinquent accounts, installing and operating Wireless Meter Reading (WMR) equipment, assisting with emergency responses, and maintaining accurate records to comply with company and regulatory requirements. Additional duties may involve reading meters for billing purposes and holding stand-by duty, working shifts, holidays, weekends, and emergency call outs. The position requires identifying and reporting safety issues, operating company vehicles safely, and adhering to company values and safety protocols.
