We are seeking a motivated, tech-savvy person to join our team in Knoxville, TN to support our employees’ technology needs. The ideal candidate has experience configuring Apple devices and is familiar with Verizon wireless services. Must be a dependable, organized, and productive team player who excels working with others. This is a part-time, in-office position working roughly 20-25 hours per week. Potential to transition into a full-time position. Veterans encouraged to apply. Pay: $17-20 per hour, depending on experience. Principle duties and responsibilities: Configure employee devices including iPhones and iPads with job-specific apps. Troubleshoot devices with team members. Train employees on device use. Potentially assist management with Power BI projects. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Microsoft Office experience, specifically Excel and Outlook. Power BI experience is a plus. Meraki Device Management experience is highly preferred. Organization and time management skills. Oral and written communication skills. Willingness and ability to learn. Strong problem solving and analytical skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Maintain a positive, cooperative and teachable attitude.
