The Service Tech performs a variety of installations, repair and preventive maintenance duties on buildings, equipment and grounds. Responsible for repairing and maintaining non-critical utility systems and components of critical utility systems.

  • Skilled in at least one engineering trade, with practical experience in other trades.
  • 2 years of experience in a trade or general building maintenance OR completed education in the field of engineering in lieu of experience
  • Self-starter with excellent technical and customer service skills
  • Healthcare experience preferred
