Job Title: Service Tech (2nd shift) Reports To: Service Manager Scope: This position is responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining motor coaches and other commercial vehicles. Work schedule: Sunday to Thursday | 8:00 pm to 6:30 am Pay Rate: $37.00 - $65.00 Benefits: We offer exceptional compensation and benefits, 401K, training, and opportunity for advancement - all in a culture that appreciates and rewards excellence, a positive attitude and integrity Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Inspects, diagnoses, repairs, and maintains motorcoaches, commercial and non-commercial vehicles and other vehicles Understands and adheres to all company safety policies and procedures Compliance with all local, State, and Federal regulations applicable to operations, buildings, grounds, and personnel including EPA, OSHA, and DOT Specific duties and responsibilities are determined by Individual Service Technician training, certification, knowledge, skill, and experience Other Duties and responsibilities as assigned Qualifications: Requires good organizational skills to include the ability to effectively manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and complete assignments within expected time frames Employee must possess the tools necessary to complete assigned responsibilities Experience with Interior Component repair/replacement Audio/Video knowledge recommended not required Must have a valid California driver’s license with real ID Skills: Must be a self-starter and possess a positive attitude Must have a good attendance Must be willing to travel, with possible work on the weekends/overtime Great communication skills Physical Demands: Ability to move items weighing at least 100 pounds This job description is subject to change at any time To be hired, all candidates must submit to a background check and pre-employment drug screen. Requirements
