Job Summary: Our Service Team Members work in a fast-paced and fun team environment, taking orders, helping customers, and making bowls. If you were selected, you would be responsible for providing a premium experience to our guests. You would greet and assist guests and answer questions while taking food orders and ensuring guests are satisfied. You would prepare orders, bag, wrap, label, date, and store food items while following gusto! food preparation standards. Service Team Members undergo up-front training and continuous on-the-job training. They are required to be respectful and professional, while being able to adapt in a dynamic and busy environment.

Requirements

  • Food service experience is preferred but not necessary
  • Good communication skills
  • Able to work well in a team environment

  • Must have reliable means of transportation

Responsibilities

  • Greet, welcome, and take orders from guests
  • Use point-of-sale system
  • Prioritize orders
  • Clean and organize work area
  • Understand and communicate menu to guests
  • Prepare bowls from ingredients prepared by the kitchen staff
  • Display professionalism at all times
  • Adhere to uniform and personal hygiene standards
  • Maintain a sense of urgency
  • Be comfortable standing/moving for the entire shift and occasionally lifting items no heavier than 50 lbs
  • Our customer service is rated by hospitality, speed, and accuracy
