About The Position
HomeState is currently hiring for the position of Service Team Member. The Service Team Member will report to the Service Manager or Assistant General Manager and embrace the vision which includes nurturing our communities within our four walls and in our surrounding community. A successful Service Team Member provides our guests with an exceptional experience. Every member of our team strives to create an environment where everyone is treated with respect and dignity. The base rate is currently projected to be $17.50 per hour, with tip share it is reasonable to expect to earn $25-$28 per hour.
