About The Position
The Michaels Companies Inc. is seeking a team member for their store in Albany, GA. The primary responsibilities include delivering friendly customer service, assisting customers in locating products, and ensuring a fast and friendly checkout experience. The role also involves completing truck unloading and merchandise duties throughout the store, maintaining store recovery standards, and delivering on the Brand Promises. Team members will engage customers about the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, educate them on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey, and assist with Omni channel processes such as Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
