The Service Team Member is responsible for delivering friendly customer service, assisting customers with shopping and locating products, and ensuring a fast and friendly checkout experience. Key duties include completing truck unloading and merchandise tasks, maintaining store recovery standards, and engaging customers in the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards. The role also involves educating customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey, assisting with Omni channel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS), and participating in stocking and planogram processes. Team Members are expected to perform merchandise recovery, support shrink and safety programs, adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and interact with others respectfully. This position also includes cross-training in Custom Framing selling and production.
