The Service Team Member is responsible for delivering friendly customer service, assisting customers with shopping and product location, and ensuring a fast and friendly checkout experience. Key duties include completing truck unloading and merchandise tasks, maintaining store recovery standards, engaging customers with loyalty programs and credit cards, and educating them on customer surveys. The role also involves supporting omnichannel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS), participating in stocking and planogram processes, and performing merchandise recovery and maintenance. Additionally, the Team Member supports shrink and safety programs, adheres to company policies, and interacts respectfully with others. Cross-training in Custom Framing selling and production is also part of the role.
