The PT Service Team Member at Michaels is responsible for delivering friendly customer service, assisting customers with shopping and product location, and ensuring a fast and friendly checkout experience. Key duties include handling cash, promoting the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, educating customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey, and supporting Omni channel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS). The role also involves merchandise management, such as participating in truck unloading, stocking, planogram (POGs) processes, merchandise recovery, Store In Stock Optimization (SISO), and AD set duties. Team Members are expected to support shrink and safety programs, adhere to company SOPs and policies, and interact with others respectfully. Cross-training in Custom Framing selling and production is also part of the role.
