The Service Team member at Michaels is responsible for delivering friendly customer service, assisting customers with shopping and locating products, and ensuring a fast and friendly checkout experience. Key duties include completing truck unloading and merchandise tasks, maintaining store recovery standards, and engaging customers about the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards. Team members will also educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey and support Omni channel processes such as Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS). Additional responsibilities involve participating in stocking and planogram processes, merchandise recovery, and performing Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties. The role requires adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company policies, supporting shrink and safety programs, and interacting with others in a positive and respectful manner. Team members are also cross-trained in Custom Framing selling and production.
