The Service Team Member is responsible for delivering friendly customer service, assisting customers with shopping and locating products, and ensuring a fast and friendly checkout experience. Key duties include completing truck unloading and merchandise tasks, maintaining store recovery standards, engaging customers in the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, and educating them on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey. The role also involves supporting omnichannel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS), participating in stocking and planogram processes, and performing merchandise recovery and maintenance. Team Members are expected to support shrink and safety programs, adhere to company policies and standards, and interact respectfully with others. There is also an opportunity to be cross-trained in Custom Framing selling and production.
