The Service Team Member is responsible for delivering friendly customer service, assisting customers with their shopping needs, and ensuring a fast and friendly checkout experience. Key duties include unloading trucks, merchandising products, and maintaining store recovery standards. The role also involves engaging customers in loyalty programs, educating them on customer surveys, and supporting omnichannel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS). Team Members participate in stocking and planogram processes, perform merchandise recovery, and support shrink and safety programs. Adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company policies is required, along with maintaining a positive and respectful demeanor. Team Members may also be cross-trained in Custom Framing selling and production.
