The Service Team Member is responsible for delivering friendly customer service, assisting customers with shopping and locating products, and ensuring a fast and friendly checkout experience. This role involves completing truck unloading and merchandise duties, maintaining store recovery standards, and engaging customers in loyalty programs. Team members will also educate customers on surveys, assist with omnichannel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS), and participate in stocking and planogram processes. Additional responsibilities include merchandise recovery, Store In Stock Optimization (SISO), AD set duties, supporting shrink and safety programs, and adhering to company policies and standards. Team Members are expected to interact respectfully and may be cross-trained in Custom Framing selling and production.
