The Service Team Member - Stocker at Michaels is responsible for delivering friendly customer service, assisting customers with shopping and finding products, and ensuring a fast and friendly checkout experience. This role also involves completing truck unloading and merchandise duties throughout the store, maintaining store recovery standards, and supporting various in-store processes to uphold the company's Brand Promises. Team members are expected to engage customers regarding the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, educate them on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey, and assist with Omni channel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS). Additionally, the position includes participating in stocking and planogram (POGs) processes, merchandise recovery, and general store maintenance. Adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs, supporting shrink and safety initiatives, and interacting respectfully with others are also key aspects of the role. Team members will be cross-trained in Custom Framing selling and production.
