As a Store Associate at Michaels, you will deliver friendly customer service, assist customers in shopping our store, and help them find what they’re looking for. You will ensure all customers receive a fast and friendly checkout experience. Your responsibilities will include completing truck unloading and merchandise duties throughout the store, maintaining store recovery standards to deliver our Brand Promises, and helping customers shop and locate products. You will also provide solutions to customer inquiries and engage them on the benefits of the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, completing enrollments as necessary. Additionally, you will educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey and assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS). You will participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes, and be responsible for merchandise recovery and maintenance, ensuring a well-merchandised and in-stock store. Other duties may include performing Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned, supporting shrink and safety programs, and adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements.
