Responsibilities

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment across dining, service, and kitchen
  • Support restaurant including cleaning, stocking, food preparation, and service tasks
  • Assist with food preparation in accordance with recipes and quality standards
  • Provide friendly and efficient service to guests, ensuring a positive dining experience
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations
  • Complete opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned
  • Communicate effectively with both front-of-house and kitchen staff
  • Perform tasks with speed, efficiency, and attention to detail
  • Adapt to changing needs and assist in different areas of the restaurant as needed
  • Uphold Stoltzfus Meats standards for quality and hospitality
