About The Position
Are you a skilled trades professional who enjoys leading by example, working with your hands, and seeing a job done right? We’re looking for a Service Team Lead to head up a two-person crew focused on gutters, roof rejuvenation, and small exterior repairs. This is a leadership role in the field — you’ll be responsible for quality workmanship, customer satisfaction, and mentoring a laborer while delivering clean, professional installs and repairs. Requirements
- Experience with gutters, roofing, or exterior construction
- Proven ability to lead or mentor another team member

- Valid driver’s license and ability to lift/maneuver materials as needed
