As a Service Support team member at JOEY Restaurants, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the dining experience for guests by providing friendly and attentive service.   • Provide guests with friendly and attentive service throughout their dining experience.
  • Assist servers and server assistants in delivering exceptional service and a pristine dining environment.
  • Clear, clean, and set tables in a timely manner.
  • Restock centerpiece, napkins, water pitchers, plates, cutlery, and glassware supplies.
  • Empty and replace garbage bins at service stations.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the restaurant in all areas as needed, including dining areas, lounge, patio, and exterior.
  • Execute the daily/weekly restaurant cleaning schedules.
  • Conduct regular restroom checks to uphold cleanliness and environmental standards, and clean and restock as needed.
  • Follow all food and alcohol service and handling safety precautions and procedures.
  • 1+ years customer service experience (less experience may be considered if high potential is demonstrated).
  • Must have or be able to obtain valid local and/or state Food Handler and California Responsible Beverage Service certifications.
  • Possess a passion for hospitality and a proven track record of creating world-class hospitality experiences.
  • Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
  • Ability to walk and stand for prolonged periods, frequent bending, reaching, and stretching; repetitive manual tasks; and lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a desire to positively impact team execution.
