About The Position

Vermeer Southeast is currently seeking an experienced Service Support to provide exceptional customer service in our Pensacola, FL dealership through basic assistance and support to service department.

Requirements

• Graduation from high school or GED equivalent.
• Previous Industry experience desired.
• Ability to understand, read and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Must be able to multi-task and be detailed orientated with demonstrated follow through and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated customer service skills.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License.
• Knowledge of machines and equipment.
• Working knowledge of the hazards and safety precautions common to equipment

Nice To Haves

• Previous Industry experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Is courteous and professional with customers at all times.
• Perform/assist with equipment pre-delivery and basic service.
• Assist service technicians when needed.
• Assist shipping and receiving when needed.
• Adheres to department safety practices.
• Keep service bays and driveways clear at all times.
• Keep grounds, yard, shop, and customer parking area clean, orderly, and secure.
• Clean equipment and vehicles.
• Unload and move equipment to appropriate areas
